Snow? What snow? If you are buying projector lamps from us, be rest assured that our next day courier delivery services have donned their snowchains and are still managing to get through. In some rare situations the adverse weather is perhaps delaying things a little - please bear with us though, we're doing our best and most of our lamps are arriving on schedule (we like to keep our promises).
In December we joined the Genuine Lamp Alliance which is a group of like minded projector lamp distributors and resellers who have pulled together and made a stance against the cheap poor quality lamps flooding the market place from China and the likes. Its pretty much a dead cert that if you fit one of these "copycat" lamps then you will invalidate your manufacturer warranty and run the risk of damaging your projector. Likelihood is that it wont last very long and give poor quality display on your projector too - so not really the bargain deal you might believe (trust us, if they were any good we'd be selling em'!)
