Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

We can deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. UK Next working day delivery is £7.50 on all orders regardless of size and European shipping is £25.00.  Please contact us for worldwide shipping.

Delivery Schedule

For orders recieved before 3pm, we will normally send your order to you next working day, however some locations like Northern Scotland and the Islands may take and addtional day . International orders are generally received in under 8 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using PROTX' secure servers. We do not store customers credit card numbers. Please view the PROTX security policy.

Returns Policy

Returns Within 14 Days of reciept of goods

Your purchase is protected by a 14-day return policy. We will refund any charges less shipping costs and a re-stocking fee where applicable.

Please note that in all circumstances a Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the product back to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, because it will limit our ability to resell the lamp module, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products.

Refunds for purchases made by cheque or wire transfer will be paid by refund cheque after inspection of returned products.

Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.)

To request a return please contact us on 01387 268826 or email us at returns@eprojectorlamps.co.uk - Once a return authorisation number is given it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks).

Mis-Shipments - We work hard to ensure the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped, please contact us and we will make arrangements to pick-up the package and ship the correct product to the address you specify. We will pay all shipping charges.

Defective Product - If an item needs to be exchanged due to a product defect we will be happy to send out a replacement accessory (at our cost) once the defective item is returned to us.

If an exchange needs to be expedited you can request a "cross-ship" in which case we would charge your credit card for the expedited item (or for account holders, request a new purchase order) and give you a credit on the initial lamp once it has been received by us.

Ordered in error - If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, in the first instance, please talk to us. We will endeavour to replace the item with the correct unit refunding the purchase price, after deducting the cost of shipping and, if necessary, a restocking fee. This fee will not exceed 25% of the price you paid, unless we advised you at the time of purchase that it was a special purchase item.


Returns Outside 14 Days

After 14 days the manufacturers standard warranty applies.  Should you have an issue, please contact us and we will advise and assist you with regard to that manufacturer and the procedure that needs to be employed.

Insurance

We cover the cost of insurance in full until you sign for the goods. If you have any concerns about the condition of the product received, please sign for them as uninspected, inspect the goods immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there are any breakages.

Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and must be insured for the full value. If we arrange to collect, we will cover this.
